Rajiv Kumar is a young, dynamic, and impact-driven professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in the IT Education, Skill Development, and Social Development sectors. A graduate in Hotel Management, he began his professional journey in 2003 with the Times Group, New Delhi. He later joined IACT Education Pvt. Ltd. during its formative years as a Marketing Executive and, through consistent performance and organizational contribution, was appointed as Marketing Director in 2014 through a General Meeting resolution.
Throughout his career at IACT, Rajiv has played a pivotal role in building and scaling IT training ecosystems, implementing government and CSR-led skill development programs, and driving international outreach for educational access in underserved regions.
In his new role as Chief Operational Officer (COO) of Trinity Foundation, Rajiv aims to bring his strategic insights, execution capabilities, and people-centered leadership to strengthen Trinity Foundation’s mission of social empowerment, community upliftment, and national skill advancement. He continues to serve as Director at IACT Education Pvt. Ltd., ensuring strategic synergy between education outreach and community development initiatives.
