Monika Thakkar is a seasoned development professional and organizational leader with over 14 years of experience in Skill Development Training, Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Team Leadership. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in shaping scalable training ecosystems, mobilizing large-scale community programs, and delivering socially impactful development initiatives across multiple regions.
Monika has served in senior leadership roles with IACT Education Pvt. Ltd., where she led multi-state teams of more than 100 professionals and managed the execution of government-sponsored and CSR-funded training programs. Her strategic and empathetic leadership approach has helped strengthen last-mile implementation capacity, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable outreach models in both rural and urban communities.
Her work reflects a deep commitment to social equity and empowerment. She has successfully designed and led initiatives focused on juvenile rehabilitation, women empowerment, skill-building for vulnerable communities, rehabilitation programs in prisons, and support networks in red-light areas of Delhi.
